Baked Brie

If you've never had baked brie before, you should try it.  It's delicious.  This was my first time making it.  I stole the recipe from a friend.  Mine is not quite as pretty, but I think you'll still get the idea.

First, assemble brie, apricot preserves, cranberries, and puff pastry.  I used a puff pastry from a box.  Perhaps in the future I'll be ambitious enough to make my own.  Spread the jam on the puff pastry.

Next, add the cranberries.

Then place the brie on top and wrap it.

Then brush the whole thing with an egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

Place in the oven on 350 for 45 minutes or so.

Enjoy with apples and crackers.

And if you are like me, then you should eat the leftovers for breakfast with coffee.
